The exam papers are sent to the universities for evaluation. It's important to know that the decision is not based on the written exam results & the interview evaluation on site. The University Board makes the decision usually within a few weeks after the exam and the applicants will be notified about the final decision by directly through email provided by the applicants or by informing us and we will inform the applicants accordingly.
IMPORTANT: Please also check your Spam box and Junk mails as in some cases these emails end up there.
Those who successfully pass the entrance exam or get exemption based on their previous studies receive the Letter of Acceptance. It includes the important dates and deadlines of the further steps. Along with the acceptance letter the admitted students also receive the following Appendixes with information about:

On Waiting List
Applicants who are put on the Waiting List have the following options: 1 If they have taken the entrance exam only once, they have another chance to retake it. Please contact us to check the dates and locations so that we can register you for it. 2 Those who have taken the entrance exam twice or are not able to retake it have to wait until the exam period is over and the University Boards make the decisions about all of the exams. Depending on the number of free seats left, the Board will make the decision about students on the Waiting list. Applicants will be notified about the final decision the same ways as mentioned in the "After Admission - Accepted" section.
After an unsuccessful entrance exam students have the following options: 1. Students have another chance to retake it. Please contact us to check the next available date. 2. Students who have taken the entrance exam twice and failed can apply for our Premedical Program.
This program is for those applicants who:
Have taken the entrance exam twice and failed
Have taken one exam in a late date & failed & have no more chance to repeat the exam
Students who need help and require additional instructions or reviewing basic in sciences & English language to prepare for the final examination at the end of the course.
Subjects taught at the Pre-Medical Program are: English (General English, Medical English, English Communication), Biology (Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology), Chemistry (General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry), Mathematics, Physics (General Physics, Introduction to Biophysics).
Although the admission rate from the Pre-Medical Program is very high, it is must be understood that completion of this course does not imply or assure admission or dispense with entrance examination to the degree programs required by any of the three Hungarian Medical Schools that are Semmelweis University in Budapest, University of Pécs Medical School and the University of Szeged, as well as the University of Veterinary medicine.
