1. Downloaded, printed, filled and signed Univer360 Pre-Application Form. 
2. School Transcripts/grades for the last 2 years
3. Valid Passport copy

1. Completed application form (Typed or Filled in Block Letters) with one passport-size photo attached
2. Copy of your secondary school leaving certificate and official transcript of grades from secondary school (in English either original or with an authorized translation)
3. Copy of your passport with your personal data
4.  Europass CV You may create your CV online at www.europass.cedefop.europa.eu/en/home.
5. Medical Certificate to be filled after acceptance
6.  Application and exam fee
