Economics Through a major, dual major, or minor in Economics, students can tailor their coursework to prepare for careers and graduate study in such fields as finance, business, economic analysis, government and foreign service.
Business Administration Business Administration majors acquire a broad liberal arts education and the necessary skills for successful careers in business and government. Other academic options include a dual major in Business Administration/ Economics, a minor in Business Administration.
Political Sciences The major in Political Science is designed to provide and understanding of political systems in general and of the American government, European and world affairs in particular. It provides a particularly useful professional background for public service, diplomacy, journalism, and as a preparation for law studies. In the upper two years, the program offers off-campus (internship) opportunities for study both in Hungary and in the United States.
International Studies The political science and international studies major exposes students to American politics, comparative and international politics, and public policy. Students develop skills in writing, speaking, research, and critical thinking, as they explore crucial historical and philosophical trends, political institutions, and emerging political controversies.
Communication A major, communication deals with the history, function, processes, and analysis of human communication from the earliest times to today's mass communication. The major program prepares students for professional careers in the print and electronic media, advertising, public relations, etc. The program offers opportunities for internships in the field of communication, including radio, television, and newspapers.
