1. Downloaded, printed, filled and signed Application Form. (Semmelweis University Application Form)
2. School Transcripts/grades for the last 2 years
3. Valid Passport copy
4. Curriculum Vitae in English You may create your CV online at http://www.europass.cedefop.europa.eu/en/home
5. Passport-size photo ​

Once you receive our confirmation email, start preparing the required documents.

Required Documents

​A.      Typed or filled in Block Letters Application form
 
B.      Requirements:

1. ​Certified copy of your High School Diploma (HSD) from an accredited high school/senior secondary school and Certificate listing all the subjects you have taken and the grades you have achieved.
   You are also eligible to submit your application and sit for an entrance examination if you are in your final year but have not received your School Leaving Certificate or Diploma yet. In this case, you must present proof that are attending high school.
2. Letter of recommendation.
3. Curriculum Vitae in English You may create your CV online at http://www.europass.cedefop.europa.eu/en/home
4. Motivation letter.
5. Medical report (including negative HIV test, Hepatitis B vaccination and Certification of not having chronic infectious diseases and dyslexia).
6. Two passport size photos (signed on the back).
7. Copy of passport with your personal data.
8. Application Fee USD 200 (or the equivalent in AED) (no-refundable). Payments can be made by wire transfer in AED.
